Position: CAD / PDM / PLM Application Engineer – Technical Support

Your responsibilities:

• Professional consulting and technical support for CAD / PDM / PLM systems.
• Construction and support for project documentation, product life cycle and production management systems.
• Conducting attractive, substantive and effective training and implementation.
• After-sales care: solving problems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with the solutions offered.
• Active acquisition and development of new business contacts.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education.
• Project experience including the preparation of project documentation.
• Knowledge of software: Fusion, Inventor or other 3D CAD systems.
• Knowledge of VAULT, PDM and PLM systems is welcome.
• Good organization of working time and the ability to work under time pressure.
• Independence, creativity and initiative in action.
• High communication and interpersonal skills, ease of establishing contacts and building positive relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Category B driving license.
